The majority of photos were taken by Dale Fisher.

We practiced before the service began.

The orchestra was made up of members of the Musica Nova Fine Arts String Orchestra, the conductor of the Four Seasons String Orchestra and her son, two students and members of our own UUCP band.

The Rev. Roberta was the narrator.

Jon Jahrmarkt was the soloist for the second movement, All Lifted Hearts.

Jean was the soloist for the fifth movement, No Other World.

Kat was the storyteller for the sixth movement, The Sacred Circle.

Mark Zeller was the rap artist and Kelly was the soloist for the final movement, The Promise.

The church was full as Sam Plattner and Bert Gay served as videographers from the loft.

Connie and Kellie had worked very hard getting us ready and deserved the standing ovation they got

And the cake!

We had a nice reception after the service, with lots of food.

It was a very special day.

The next Sunday, 11 May 2008, we sang the work again at the Valley UU Church in Chandler.

We're now thinking of performing the work at the District Assembly meeting next year in Mesa. We worked so hard to learn it, we might as well do it as many times as we can!
