Smoot and I decided our old dishwasher had died so we got a new one as our joint Christmas present to each other. The cats had to check out the box. (Smoot decided to go with what Consumer Reports recommended and we got the Kenmore.)

Then at our Christmas eve service  the choir gave me a Darth Vader helmet and cape and a Star Trek t-shirt! They know my obsessions. : >

After he recovered,  he worked on the train set with the cats help.
