1911 - Mother's baby book noted she was born on November 22, 1911 in a little bungalow on West 38th St in Austin, TX.
1912 - Mother with Mercy Perkins Ramsey, born 1885 and Murray Perkins Ramsey, born in 1909
1913 - Mother with Murray
1914 - A family camp-out with JM Ramsey, Murray Perkins Ramsey and Jessie Mary Ramsey, born in 1913

1917 - Helen Georgia Ramsey was born at the ranch in Eastland County on September 15, 1917
1918 - This photo of the Ramsey siblings, taken in the side yard at 4312, was used in nursery catalogs.
1919 - Another photo of the siblings. I think Mother, sitting in the chair on the left, looks like Madeline. From Helen’s age, it was probably taken in 1919.
1920 ca - A winter visit to Mary Dauler & her kids, Little Mary, Bill and Liz, possibly in 1920 or 21. Mother would have been 9 or 10. Mary was Grandma's only living kin. Mercy's maternal line.
1921 ca - Mother in a costume, possibly taken around the same time
1922 - A group photo in front of FT and Belle’s house at 4412 Ave B. This was Mercy's paternal line. 1923 - According to a note on the back of the photo, there was a late snow in April 1923 in Austin.
1924 - The close-up is from the Music Memory Contest photo. Baker School won in 1922, 1923 and 1924. Mother participated in 1924 so that's when this photo was taken.
1925 - Group photo in front of FT and Belle’s house in 1925. The identification on the back said: “Frank Taylor Ramsey and Annabelle Sinclair Ramsey Family August 1925. Murray and Mercy Ramsey, Murray P, Jessie Mary, Mercy, Helen; Jessie and R.V. Murray, M.D., Annabel, Vincent, Margaret, Frances; Euphie and Carl Taylor, Carl Ramsey and Jean Ann; Winnie and Hilliare Nitschke, Alice Ann."
1926 - Mother and her violin
1927 - The photo was used in the 1927 Austin High School Comet.
1928 - Mother’s senior photo in the 1928 Austin High School Comet.
1929- The photo was from the Phi Mu page in the 1929 UT Cactus yearbook, from her freshman year.
1930 ca - From her hairstyle in comparison to photos identified as being from 1930, I believe this is from that year.

1933 - A pencil drawing of Mother from the Chicago World’s Fair in 1933.
1934 - Jessie Mary and Julian Cate married on June 27, 1934; the photo of Mother from 1934 may be what she wore to their wedding.
1935 - Mother and her lifelong good friend and fellow Phi Mu, Mae Caller, later Rowland.
1936 ca -  From the similarity of the hair style in this photo with one taken in 1936, I think this proof was also made in 1936.
1937 - In the summer of 1937, Grandpa, Grandma, Helen and Mother took a trip up east. They visited the Taylors in DC and then went up to Pittsburgh to visit Mary Dauler and her grown children and grandchildren. 1939 - Mother and Daddy on a camping trip in August 1939.
1940 - Mother and Daddy on their wedding day, June 12, 1940.
1941 - Mother and Daddy planting a pecan tree on the property JM and Mercy Ramsey had given them at 5409 Aurora Dr in Austin. Mother was pregnant with the baby who was stillborn on June 30, 1941.
1942 - After the loss of the baby, Mother went back to teaching. From the fall of 1941 to the spring of 1942 she taught at Bryker Woods elementary.
1943 - Mother working in the back yard at 5409.
1944 - Madeline Mercy Carl was born on July 11, 1944.
1945 - Catherine Elizabeth Carl was born on October 30, 1945.

1949 - A still photo of Mother from the 1949 Christmas home movie
1950 - Charlotte Christine Carl was born on August 26, 1950 and was brought home from the hospital on September 3.
1951 - On March 18, 1951, we three sisters were baptized at the University Methodist Church.
1952 - Mother was one of two leaders of Catherine’s Brownie Troop 209 at Rosedale Elementary School, along with Mrs. J. L. Meyer. The portrait was taken in October.
1953 - Madeline wrote Mother a letter in 1953 when Mercy was at a PTA meeting in San Antonio. The photo is probably from that meeting.
1954 - A pretty picture of Mother and Helen. Mother would have been 42 in the summer of 1954.
1955- The photo is of Mother at Fiskville School, 1955-56. She did substitute teaching before she was re-certified to go back to full-time teaching. Madeline remembers her teaching at Fiskville, possibly taking over for six weeks for a teacher out on maternity leave. It's not clear if this photo was taken in 1955 or 1956.

1957 - Celebrating Grandma Ramsey’s 72nd birthday on Nov 5, 1957. That must have been during the time Charlie Cate was living with Grandma while he attended UT.

1960 - A family portrait in honor of Mother and Daddy's 20th anniversary
1961 - In the fall of 1960, Mother officially returned to teaching and was assigned to Ortega Elementary in East Austin. This school photo was taken either in 1961 or 1962.
1962 - Grandma and her kids in the spring of 1962 when both she and Pat Cate were on crutches.
1963 - Mother and Daddy took a trip to Lansing, Michigan with Burette and Verena Balfour. He worked with Daddy at the Highway Dept.
1964 - Madeline and William Petet 'Bill' Beall married on July 4, 1964.
1965 - A family portrait in honor of Mother and Daddy's 25th anniversary. That was when we gave them the oil portrait of us three sisters.
1966 - Mother's school photo from Ortega
1967 - The photo of Mother and Grandma Ramsey was taken on Dec 29, 1967.
1968 - Mother's school photo from Ortega
1969 - Beverly Beall was born in Austin on Dec 20, 1969.
1970 - Catherine and Gayle were married at the Central Christian Church on Jan 31, 1970.
1971 - Mother and Daddy at an OES event
1972 - Holly Catherine Dalferes was born in Dallas on Dec 29, 1972.
1973 - Two major things happened in 1973 - Mother and Daddy were installed on Jun 23 as Worthy Matron and Patron of OES #304 and Smoot and Charlotte were married on Aug 4.
1974 - Russell Edward Dalferes was born in Dallas on May 1, 1974 and we had a family portrait taken on Sept 7.
1975 - Rebecca 'Becca' Beall was born in Dallas on Aug 7, 1975.
1976 - The bicentennial year. In late Oct Mother went to Grand Chapter in Ft. Worth with Athene Weaver and dressed patriotically in red, white and blue.
1977 - Benjamin Carl Beall was born in Loveland, Ohio on Jun 22, 1977. The family gathered and had a portrait taken at Christmas.
1978 - The photo of Mother and Mae Caller Roland, her life-long friend and fellow Phi Mu was taken in June 1978.
1979 - The photo of Mother in one of her lovely Eastern Star dresses was taken on Sept 1, 1979.
1980 - The family gathered to celebrate Mother and Daddy's 40th anniversary. The anniversary was June 12, but the dinner at the Villa Capri was on June 21 with photos by OES photographer, Mr. Fredrich.
1981 - . On Jun 22, Mother and Daddy were installed for their second term as Worthy Matron and Patron of OES #304.
1982 - A portrait of Mother, taken on Oct 21, 1982 probably for the University Methodist Church directory. That year she got her 50 year pin from OES and celebrated her 50th reunion at UT.
1983 - Mother and Daddy had another nice portrait taken on Sep 14, 1983, again possibly for the UMC directory.
1984 - Mother and Helen at a Phi Mu celebration at UT in the spring of 1984. Sadly, Helen died in Tulsa, OK on Apr 14, 1984.
1985 - Mother went to Melissa Carl's wedding in Angleton in March 1985. The Carl girls also celebrated Miss Minnie's birthday and Mother went to the party at the nursing home.
1986 - Mother's 75th birthday. We gave her a microwave. Catherine was in town.
1987 - A portrait taken on Nov 17, probably for the UMC directory.
1988 - Mother at an OES School of Instruction
1989 - Mother and Tiffee. Mother shows the weight she'd lost from being in the hospital.
1990 - Mother and Tiffe on Christmas
1991 - Mother at her 80th birthday celebration at the Driskill Hotel in Austin on Nov 30, delayed from her actual birthday on Nov 22 because of family scheduling conflicts.
1992 - Mother aka Neon at the Carl-Mitchells for Christmas
1993 - Mother on Easter 1993 in the hospital
1994 - Mother holding a certificate from OES for embodying the "Spirit of Eastern Star"
1995 - Mother at the Carl-Mitchell Christmas party.
1996 - Mother in her room at Buckner Villa. She died there on June 30, 1996.
